Delivery is available in standard or expedited shipping to Canada, the United States and Europe (excluding overseas territories).

  • When will I receive my order? 

Pre-sales purchases: Pre-sales will be sent starting March 1st in the chronological order of the orders. 

Regular purchases: Once the order has been placed, we will process it within 3 business  days. An email will be automatically sent once your package has been sent. Shipping time varies depending on your location and the shipping method you choose (by bike for the island of Montreal, regular or expedited Purolator delivery, regular or expedited Canada Post delivery). In general, shipping time varies between 2 to 7 business days.

  • How does pick-up at your workshop work?

When placing the order, you can select the pick-up in the delivery options. In-store pick-up is free. Once the order has been placed, we will process it within 3 working days. You will then receive an email to inform you that your order is ready to be picked up. Since the workshop does not have regular opening hours, you must select an available time slot to pick your order up.

  • Is it possible to make an appointment in the workshop?

We will be happy to welcome you to our workshop for a fitting. Since the workshop does not have regular opening hours, it is necessary to make an appointment by selecting an available time slot. 

  • How to properly take my measurements and choose the right size? (Video to come)

Chest: Measure your bust at the level of the nipple (the fullest part) wearing a well-fitted bra and breathing normally. The tape measure should be held straight.

Underbust: Measure around your ribcage just below your chest, making sure the measuring tape is tight enough while breathing normally.

Waist: Measure your waistline at its thinnest part, proceeding in the same way as described above.

Hips: Measure your hips at their widest point(usually at the level of the buttocks).


  • I am between two panty sizes, how do I choose the right one for me?

​​You can see on our size chart that some measurements may correspond to two sizes. Depending on your preference of fit, some styles may fit you in multiple sizes. 

If your waist and hip measurements are between two consecutive sizes, both sizes could be suitable for you. Example: if your waist size is M and your hip size is L, both will fit, however the  M panties will have a tighter fit than the L panties.

If your waist and hip measurements are two  different sizes that are not consecutive, it is best to choose an in between size or the larger of the two sizes. Example: if your waist measurement corresponds to a M and your hip measurement to an XL, we advise you to choose a L or XL.

If in doubt, do not hesitate to write to us to receive personalized advice.

  • How do I give some love to my favorite underwear?

Allié.e underwear is made of high quality fabrics composed of mainly natural fibers for maximum softness. The small amount of elastane found within our fabric allows our product to retain its shape while still providing enough stretch for daily movement. In order to preserve the lifespan of your underwear, we recommend washing your underwear on the delicate cycle and laying them out to dry. Avoid using the dryer or ironing your underwear as high temperatures can damage the fabric.. By following these simple instructions, your allie.e underwear will continue to last, wash after wash!

  • What is your return and exchange policy?

For exchanges or returns, please note the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags intact.

Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return. No signs of use should be visible, such as perfume, deodorant, cosmetic stains, or any added odor.

Return and Exchange fees:

If you wish to return an item out of choice, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and must ensure that all items are in the condition they were received in.

For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs, but only with the regular shipping option. If you choose another shipping method, we do not cover the fees.

All products must be returned for inspection before your exchanged goods will ship. 



We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund for hygienic reasons or if the product appears to have been damaged by the customer. All products will be inspected upon receipt.

Defect Merchandise:

allié.e ensures that all its products are of the highest quality. Each order is carefully inspected before being sent and all items are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. We will happily replace defective items.

Once we have received the item you want to exchange, we will process your request immediately and the replacement item will be sent to you as soon as possible, free of charge.

  • Why doesn't my refund show up in my bank account?

If after 15 days you have not yet received your refund, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Finally, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
